The studio’s open layout includes a plush queen bed, a queen sleeper sofa, and a Smart TV for movie nights by the wood-burning stove (firewood available for purchase). The modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances makes mealtime effortless, while the private balcony invites you to relax and unwind in the crisp mountain air.

Guests enjoy access to the community’s indoor pool and spa, outdoor pool, arcade, playground, clubhouse, and picnic areas. Whether you’re soaking in the scenery or exploring local attractions, you’ll love the balance of tranquility and convenience this location offers.

Please note that we do not provide baby gates and do not allow them to be pressure-mounted due to damage to tongue and groove.

Government ID required to be sent when rental agreement is signed for booking to be accepted. Primary renter must be age 25 or older, and must remain on site for the reservation term.

Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 61 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
