Welcome to Dreamers Mountain Cottage, one of the most relaxing studio retreats by Moonrise Vacation Properties, LLC. Nestled 3,000 feet up in the Summit community overlooking Gatlinburg, this peaceful escape offers endless mountain views and the perfect blend of comfort and convenience.

Inside, you’ll find a cozy queen bed, a queen sleeper sofa, and a Smart TV beside a charming wood-burning stove (firewood available for purchase). The updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances provides all the essentials, while the private balcony invites you to take in the Smokies’ stunning scenery.

As a guest, enjoy Summit’s exclusive amenities—an indoor pool and spa, outdoor pool, arcade, clubhouse, playground, and picnic and BBQ area. Whether you spend your days exploring or simply relaxing in the mountain breeze, every moment here feels special.

Dreamers Mountain Cottage is the ideal getaway for couples or small families seeking serenity, style, and easy access to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

Please note that we do not provide baby gates and do not allow them to be pressure-mounted due to damage to tongue and groove.

Government ID required to be sent when rental agreement is signed for booking to be accepted. Primary renter must be age 25 or older, and must remain on site for the reservation term.

Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 61 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
