Welcome to Honey Bee Holler, a charming Smoky Mountain escape offered by Moonrise Vacation Properties, LLC. Tucked high among the rolling hills yet just 20 minutes from Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, and Gatlinburg, this three-story cabin is perfectly situated for both relaxation and adventure.

From the moment you step inside, you’ll be greeted by warm wood accents, cozy furnishings, and the inviting scent of the mountains. The main floor features a welcoming living space with a gas fireplace, Smart TV, and a sleeper sofa for added comfort. The fully equipped kitchen and rustic dining table make gathering for meals effortless, while the deck outside offers a propane grill and outdoor dining area — ideal for sunset dinners surrounded by nature.

The main-level bedroom offers a restful retreat with a comfortable bed and full bathroom, complete with a soaking tub. Upstairs, the open loft bedroom provides a peaceful space under exposed beams, perfect for curling up after a day of exploring.

Downstairs, the fun begins in the game room, where you’ll find a pool table, foosball, shuffleboard, and a barrel arcade with over 60 classic games. A large Smart TV and a cozy bunk nook make this space a hit for families and friends alike.

Whether it’s morning coffee on the deck, a home-cooked meal shared by the fire, or a friendly game tournament downstairs, Honey Bee Holler invites you to slow down and enjoy every moment. The driveway is steep, but the view from the top is worth every turn.

Well-trained, housebroken pets are welcome. Dogs only. Must be over the age of 18 months and vaccinated. Dogs may not be left alone in the home unless crated, there is a crate available for use. $50 per dog, per night. Dogs only, no cats due to the owner's severe cat allergies. Due to insurance policy breeds with a bite history may not stay at the property. No dogs with a personal bite history are permitted. This is an insurance limitation and not negotiable. When booking please message with the dog's age, vaccination status, and breed.

Please note that we do not provide baby gates and do not allow them to be pressure-mounted due to damage to tongue and groove.

We recommend 4WD during the winter months due to the uncertainty of the weather and terrain.

NOTE: Government ID required to be sent when rental agreement is signed for booking to be accepted. Primary renter must be age 25 or older, and must remain on site for the reservation term.

Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 61 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
